What is Ice Candy - ice candy is a liquid form and is simply seasoned like juice and then placed in the refrigerator to cool and be frozen. It can be flavored with mango, straw berry, banana and other fruit flavors. But this time I will show you how I make delicious avocado ice candy and my tricks and special recipe.


  • 2 medium avocado
  • 6 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh or evaporated milk
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cup sugar or to taste
  • ice candy wrapper


1. Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the seed, and spoon out the flesh.

2. Make the avocado puree:

Blend a little water, sugar, and avocado flesh in a blender until smooth. Simply separate a few chunks to place in each ice candy wrapper later (chopped or grated).

3. Pour into a large shallow pot, container, or small clean pale large enough to hold more than 6 cups of water. Combine the evaporated milk and condensed milk in a mixing bowl. Combine everything thoroughly.

4. Fill each ice candy wrapper with the mixture and top with avocado chunks using an embudo. Tie the end of the plastic wrapper together. Repeat until all of the mixture has been wrapped.
