  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1 tsp paprika powder 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper 
  • 3 cloves garlic or garlic powder 2 tsp 

Marinate 3 hours or overnight: 

  • 1/4 sliced onion 
  • Fresh parsley or celery 
  • 2 cloves garlic or garlic powder 1 tsp 
  • 1 cup milk or evap milk 
  • 2 tbsp butter 
  • 1/4 cup flour 
  • 1/4 sliced carrot 
  • 1 cup chicken broth or 1 cup hot water + 1/2 knorr cube
  • 1/2 cup eden cheese or cheddar cheese 
  • Black pepper 
  • Salt to taste
